Article: DIA's Eunjin leaves the group through a handwritten letter "Difficulty dealing with stage fright" Source: Ilgan Sports via Nate 1. [+386, -16] She probably wants a normal life rather than to be chasing the money... [bfighting~[/b] 2. [+326, -16] Find strength~ you're still young, you can start fresh with anything else! Overcoming stage fright is a difficult thing to do ㅜㅜ don't blame yourself for any of this 3. [+287, -12] Must've bee hard 4. [+16, -0] Celebrities look all flashy on the outside but it must be psychologically harder than it looks. People notice you wherever you go and that's probably stressful in itself. 5. [+11, -0] Kwang Soo's agency is tough to be under. It's good that she left because they won't let you go once you get popular. Just look at SeeYa's Nam Gyuri. 6. [+9, -2] Is she a golden spoon? Because if she's ever had a taste of the real world, she'd realize that earning someone's annual salary off of one CF is better than worrying about employment... hmm 7. [+8, -0] She's already confirmed for 'Produce 3' ㅋㅋㅋ probably trying to become like Jung Chaeyeon 8. [+8, -1] She had an attitude controversy... but she's still talented in dancing and other stuff... I guess she's pressured to leave 9. [+8, -0] Grats on escaping Kwang Soo 10. [+6, -2] No matter how hard it is, you could make as much as chaebols at DIA's level in three years. She better stay out of the industry if she's leaving like this, I better not see her come back under some new agency. - Source: Naver 1. [+1,806, -24] Congrats on escaping Kwang Soo, and I wish you a happy life pursuing all that you want... 2. [+541, -25] Eunjin-ah, I'll always support you ㅠㅠ 3. [+789, -395] It was probably hard being in a group known as Jung Chaeyeon's group... under Kwang Soo no less... The agency is known for pushing one member in each group like Nam Gyuri in SeeYa, Jiyeon in T-ara... it's hard being the extra member. 4. [+352, -28] Not a fan but I like girl group songs and I always thought her dancing was top notch. Sad to see her talents go... 5. [+237, -98] I remember she had a lot of rumors going on about being pregnant or an iljin in the past or going on 'Produce 48'... I hope she can rest now. 6. [+116, -5] Her agency is MBK... aka Kwang Soo... enough said... 7. [+66, -9] I remember her, she's the young lady who kept dancing even though her underwear came off... I thought she'd be successful no matter what with her professionalism so it's sad to hear she's leaving for health reasons... Hopefully we can see her again once she gets better. 8. [+57, -1] Her symptoms sound like she has panic disorders and anxiety... hopefully she gets better. 9. [+53, -3] It's better to live a life true to yourself than one blinded by greed 10. [+50, -4] I remember she was an anticipated debut for having the visuals, body, and dance skills. Sad to see her go but it is her decision in the end. She matches more mature, sexier concepts than DIA's current concept anyway.
onetwice posted a topic in Celebrity News & GossipDIA’s Eunjin recently announced that she will be withdrawing from the girl group. On May 7, she posted a handwritten letter to her fan café. She wrote: “Hello, this is Eunjin. Have all the AID [fanclub name] members been doing well? First I want to apologize for writing this when you have all waited for me so long. This will be a long letter, but I hope it contains my sincerity. To be honest, my health was really bad starting last year. There were days when I was okay, and there were days when I couldn’t leave the dorm all day. When those days happened, the members were always there to hold my hand, so I was able to bear it. But when I stood on stage, it was hard to get rid of the feelings of being overpowered and afraid. That’s why there were times when I wasn’t able to show the best side of myself and showed a disappointing side instead. I think that must have been a source of disappointment to the people who support DIA. It’s late but I sincerely want to apologize for this. I continued to receive treatment, for the people who were helping me as well as for myself, but my health still isn’t good. This is work I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and I want to do it well, and it’s precious to me, but I think I am very lacking at the moment. Since DIA is preparing for a comeback, I thought that I am getting in the members’ way and unable to help them, so I have made the difficult decision to leave the group. I’ve really thought about it for a long time, and this is a decision that I’ve come to after a lot of thought. I’m sorry again to give you this pain. I hope that the people I love, and those that love me, will not be hurt by my decision. This is my last goodbye as DIA’s Eunjin, but I will cheer on our members as the fan that loves DIA the most, and return to my ordinary life as Eunjin and live well. I am very grateful to my precious DIA members, who helped me and worried for me and cheered me on by my side, the agency staff members, and AID. I love you.” Eunjin made her debut with DIA in 2015. https://www.soompi.com/2018/05/07/dias-eunjin-leave-group-due-health-reasons/
